On a daily basis, I co-ordinate installation schedules, and manage staff and components to make sure we’re on time, every time. I also check in with site supervisors to gauge project progress and serve as point of contact for customers during each project as well as installers, all the while providing progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required.
I maintain all our records and databases, and monitor work of all our subcontractors to ensure projects conform to plans, specifications, schedules, or budgets. My best skill in all of this?
